I should try to avoid needing dependencies, and intend to implement it as a C API. I don't want many of the features of other battle simulators, but do intend to implement some things that others don't (e.g. Unown's letter in generation II). I wanted to write it but am not really sure what to start with, although I wrote a few things that can't be used as they are.
